one week results of sun gazing, I've been looking at the sunset for 20 minutes a day and looking at the sun mid-day walking home after school, obviously the bottom picture is a little brighter but you can tell that around the edge of the iris it's gotten brighter almost greenish, I haven't been taking eye drops but have been getting good sleep and taking omega 3's and vitamin C to keep eyes clear and vitamin A to keep health of eyes and zinc to help the vitamin A along to keep eyes clear.
