Sunglasses for bad eye area?

I don't like wearing sunglasses because it covers up eye area and the lenses are wider than my eyes, so when I take them off it's disappointing when my low ipd eyes are revealed

Should I get custom/kids sunglasses to fit more with my face and not fraud?

Yes I'm going to "fraud" with surgery cos that's actually permanently changing something
