I have been following Sunil Richardson’s work for a few years. I would want to ask you what you think about it?
I'm aware of Joseph Ponikvar, the American sub-5 who dropped to sub-3 post-surgery. He got botched terribly. Since that video came out I'm very wary of his skills.
However, if you look at some of his world regarding chin genioglossus and facial sesthictis on the country people, he's done fairly well. I shall share more of his before and after on this one guy who got brutally ascended really well with a chin genio.
Let's discuss him and rate him on how safe and reasonable he is if one were to consider him for a surgery
