During noon is the best time to sun in my area and in my room the sun is at its highest point shining right on my bed allowing my oild balls to engorge and abosorb the high T rays of the sun.

Thats good, sunning after 4-5pm is cope cause UVB rays aren't present then, only between 11am and 3pm
