Keeping it short.
As an Aussie, the sun here is fucking cracked.
Y’all wear sunscreen every day, including winter?
does this make y’all pale or nah.
Anyone noticed any immediate benefits from wearing sunscreen such as less breakouts
Cheers

I’d wear even if not directly in the sun, sun rays (uvb) will age you.

Get a European sunscreen from chemist warehouse. La roche posay or bio avne. European sunscreens are the best. The american version gets fucked because of regulations. Aus mix all good tho.

so you just wear it even when in shade outside or in the house?

No short term benifits.
But I know it's longterm benefits. Because, muh collagen and wrinkles and hyperpigmentation slowing down alot.

Downside.
Pale as fuck. And need to take vitamins D ( like S3).
Paleness managed by carotanoids

Bet. About carotenoids, which ones have worked for u? B-carotene, lycopene and or astaxanthin

I use both beta carotene and aataxanthin.
The last one is said to be strong er

Yeah but I’ve heard it hasn’t paid off for a lot of people. But anyways say I’m 17 and I have only worn sunscreen during summer and got burned a few times, if I start religiously wearing it now, can I mostly avoid skin damage in future?

Sunscreen is a long long long term looksmax. Consistent sunscreen usage will make your skin look better than your age cohort in 5, 10 years time and beyond. UVA is the number 1 extrinsic cause of collagen loss and skin aging. If you dont sunscreen everyday you are not even trying.

Pale + collagen >>>>>>>>>>> tan + collagen starved shit tier skin

All older people. With great skin quality. ALL, praise how they stayed out of the sun, and/or wore sunblock and how it safed their skin!!
I 100% agree. If you wanna have good skin, well into 40's. You need to do protection stuff. Otherwise skin falls of a cliff in after mid 30's like it does with most men.

Example cases:

the-sun-and-its-effects-on-the-skin_1.jpeg

I recall an interview. How Jannifer Aniston disliked how she was a bit careless in her 20's with tanning and sunblock. But she said (if I recall correctly) that she changed her habits already ather 20's. And sunblock daily.

Alls above women. In their 50's and brinkley even in her 60's. But mogg the average mid 30-something woman skin quality wise.

1 non famous person example.
This woman started retin-A in her mid 30's. And retin-A users HAVE TO wear sunblock daily (imo).Because Retin-A makes skin sensitive, for burning.
That woman at 64 in this video moggs the average late-30 something woman also. In skin quality.

So boyos, that don't wear sunblock. It's OVER after 40 for your skin/collagen, for sure, if you don't.

Dog attack when I was a small kid of a few years old. Bit my lips apart. doctors/surgeon at hospital sticked it back together as good as possible, but left with significant scars, scar tissues, and misformation.

Your coloring improved so much tbh. You would be Chadlite if it weren’t for your mouth area and hairline tbh. Reminds me of Sean O’Pry.

Lightling make difference a bit in that pic I notice. The coloring improved, but irl probably half from what saw in the pic, because camera or lighting or somethin.
muh hairdresser managed to improve my hairstyle luckily a little bit, with my guidance. the lips is fucked for life. only a bit of fillers to try to miminimize assymtry perceptions and a bit of hair frauding the moustache is all that I do.

diluted peppermint oil. I self mixxed it with castor oil and a beard oil. Diluted it down to about 10% peppermint oil. They usually advice to go no higher than 5%, but I'm impatient. it helped good/decently.

got the idea. from this mice study:
SA; saline,
JO; jojoba oil,
MXD; 3% minoxidil,
PEO; 3% peppermint oil.

Nice, that you got decent results also.
I had to wait 6 - 8 weeks though, for some decent change.|
How about U?

i maxxed out atm, on hair amount naturally + minox + fina wise. So only way to improve current position would be transplant.
i notice doing this hair blower use, helps a bit to increase volume perception.

More often, man inherit balding genes from mother's side.
But, you can know if you are balding genes or not.
Usually it starts with thinning and than some hair recoding.
If that doesn't happen than you are good, if that is happening than you know you have balding genes.
In my case thinning and some recoding started only at later 20's. I had naturally a pretty high hairline to begin with.

Oh fuck well I better hope my mum had some good hair genes then. But if sunscreen preserves collagen and hair is collagen or something, does that mean sunscreen prevents balding?

Collagen, skin quality, sunscreen.
And balding.
Are 100% unrelated.

They have nothing to do with each other.

what if I receded to a nw2.5 @17 but since 7 years no more thinning or recession
Should I still jump on fin?

Odd.
I would keep close eye on it.
For gains in hairline I would first try minox idil.
And I would only hop on finasteride if/when your hair starts thinning or reciding more

y that's what doc also recommend

Yeah. After stopping after some time. The hair gains goes away again.
I am on it since 10 months. Haven't noticed Collagen fuckups though.
But I also collagen maxx in other ways, so probably that over compensates.

I am pretty content though with the gains of Minox. Not bad imo. Not a change in night and day either, but helps a little bit

Yeah sadly there are not good micro needling devices out there
the best you can get is probably terminator 2

Some people say you need to wear it even indoors if it’s summer if you see sun through windows. If you use retin-a definitely should even wear it indoors if you live in a warm climate with big windows

I'll probably going to buy a Ali Express imitation of the Dermanator. see how that goes. As long as titanium needlys, the rest of machine is technically speaking simple
