what’s the best sunscreen with uvb-uva pa++++ 50+, no chemical, that’s doesn’t tint my face and that isn’t 30$+

like getting the correct nutrients, i dont remember them all on top off my head but things like omega-3 is quite important, and i belive its not the sun that is causing wrinkles, its more of you squinting and clenching your skin giving you crow's feet and the forehead wrinkles, and when you do that a lot it will create long-term wrinkles in those areas

me saying its the wrinkles (which u do due to the sun) is true, but that the sun itself doesnt cause wrinkles on its own is more my theory

and about the nutrients acting as a natural sunscreen due to u being naturally more resistant, is more something ive read from guides/courses i cant say for sure that its true
