super hungry after stopping reta

went from 136 to 122 pounds 6 weeks on reta 1mg/week and stopped around 1 week ago and the past few days i've felt so hungry i eat full meals and then 2 hours later i'm already hungry again and ready to eat a full meal again and sometimes i even start shaking/feeling sick like i haven't eaten in days but at the same time im also tired and can sleep for 10 hours and then fall asleep again after just a few hours of being awake anyone know what could cause this and what i should do?

What u r experiencing is called rebound hunger which is very common.

First, divide ur meals throughout the day into smaller portions (every 4 hours) to help stabilize your blood glucose levels.

Second, u may temporarily use some oral medications like metformin or bupropion to help manage appetite while ur body is adapting to the new metabolic state

nothing at all, i didn't experience any side effects. what even are the potential side effects besides obvious ones like fatigue

Stuff like nausea vomiting and stuff idk abt the long term side effects tho did you do some ressearch on that or just bought reta and injected

no i did research about long and short term ones i just forgot them because i didn't experience any so i didn't have to look them up again after. also to me things like fatigue nausea etc just felt like things that happen because people weren't getting proper nutrients but idk like i said i didnt have to do much research after i started taking since i didnt experience anything

Where did you do the research ? Also why take reta if you were already underweight

just reading online, i was underweight but a lack of excercise led me to a high bf % so i took it to help lean out and got some decent results but now im just gna start a body recomp since i dont want to lose more weight but i still want to be leaner

Dont do body recomp thats bs just eat in a slight surplus body recomp is only viable if ur on steroids

Or maingain (eat at maintenance 1.6g prot/kg 0.5g fat/kg and fill the rest up with carbs)

i feel less inclined to mark u as solution since u are begging for it but i will do it anyways. u have been warned though. dont let it happen again.

No recomp is eating in a slight deficit to lose fat without it being too big and affecting muscle gain too much (in theory)

Had this side effect as well, just really bad fatigue. Don't oversleep, it'll make you feel worse. Sleep 8 hours and you should be fine once you acclimate back to baseline.

Just let your body get back to baseline brah, don't overeat or oversleep

Thats called lean bulking
so why should i lean bulk i don't really care too much about improving my physique muscle wise i already have a decent amt of muscle from working out previously my only goal now is to lose fat, are u saying this would still be the best way for that?

Ur 122lbs wtf how do u not want to improve muscle if u wanna lose fat just cut u cant lose fat while maintaining or in a surplus

you'd be surprised i actually have a lot of muscle for my weight and i dont want to look any bigger cause it isnt appealing to me i also could just be looking in the mirror blinded and be tiny af no muscle sob

Ur either boneless and/or fatless and/or muscleless so u have stuff to fix anyways

i'm just worried about not losing much fat but mainly muscle now, thats why i stopped taking reta and wanted to reevaluate my options based on what u know so far what do u think my best path is to get to 12% bf i'd say im around 15-17% rn if i have to gain muscle im fine with it

how old are you, you shouldnt cut too much under 17 y/o
 
yea recently i have been i just need to do more research about limiting side effects, if i get on test then all of this shouldn't be an issue
Check botb for your test cycle thats all u need
