So I've been lurking here legit since I was ... 20.
I'm now 22. I'm not that creepy I promise I only would lurk here and there. But I've been quietly taking on advice.
It began with mewing. Then chewing . Then skincare followed by hair care. Then Nutrition maxxing and "working out" . Well let's just say the last two I've only just started.
Here is what worked for me . Chewing (fuck mewing) mewing is good to fix your oral posture and that's about it. Chewing is much more legit. I did chewing to mainly even out my jaw. I noticed I had a preference on which side I chewed on and that side had a more positive canthal tilt , higher cheekbones and a more prominent ramus. To even things out I bought some falim gum from Amazon and chewed two . One in the morning . And one before bed. I re hardened it with cold water.
My biggest issue were my teeth they were crooked and deformed to say the least. Currently half way through my invisilign.
Also Vitamin C , K2 and MSM are legit, also gelatin powder mix it with any drink. Coffee ,. water , smoothie whatever. It's amazing for skin and hair and colouring.
I've never been bad looking but I've never been good looking either I was a neet since I was 16 just chilled at home. Skinny fat , had no interest in anything. I'm trying to better myself as a human . I realised it's best to do it in your youth. One less regret in my already shitty life. But anyways thank you all I don't think you understand how much you help us lurkers .
