Super paranoid about whenever a foid looks at me

Ok so girls often look at me but they don’t really make a face, not good nor bad just neutral. They won’t really move their heads (happens sometimes tho) but will kinda just move their eyes to stare at me for a bit, either they will look away or I will from paranoia and in other cases we will make eye contact longer but I’ll eventually look away. Honestly it makes me paranoid af because I don’t know why they do this and sometimes it makes my heart race from paranoia no joke. I feel like they’re judging me and want me to kms.
