5mg only on workout days. from what I’ve seen the liver effect from that protocol is extremely mild and maintainable. It’s the mfers doing 20mg daily for 5+ weeks that start complaining about liver failure.

If I wasn’t prone to hair loss my perfect protocol would be
- 400mg Test Cyp (Weekly)
- 250mg Equipose (Weekly)
- 5mg Superdrol (Pre-Workout)

Potency doesnt equal better, fentanyl would fix a headache better than anything yet ibuprofen is still better largerly because its not as potent

EQ for estrogen control and dry quality gains without r*ping your hair/skin like masteron would and without costing a thousand bucks like primo would. Also more anabolic than both of em.

Just over 2 months (9-10 weeks)

Sdrol is powerful I’m megadosing on liver support
Lifts are going up and dries you out crazy while adding tons of fullness (1 week on)

This is my opinion also. Got basically the same benefits I got on tren with no sides apart from annoying lower back pumps. Also not bad for hair loss in most people despite being a dht derivative. I got no hair loss using superdrol 4 times for probs 20 weeks cumulatively, while tren screwed me.

Liver effects are exxagerated and even starting a superdrol cycle 5 days after being discharged from hospital with acute 3400 alt from abusing rec drugs I had no problem and numbers still stayed normal. Ofcourse it will mess up your cholesterol like all orals though. Also like tren will make you go hypo all the time.
