Yes, don't eat supermarket meat raw. Its just unecessary risk for low quality meat.i already eat muscle meat form Tesco tho.. must be an upgrade suely
As it is from a supermarket does it makes it bad to be raw?
I can get butcher liver for £6 per kgYes, don't eat supermarket meat raw. Its just unecessary risk for low quality meat.
i personally wouldnt eat raw liver from a supermarket because of how they treat the cows, the lives they live can result in some of their products being very toxic especially in those like bone marrow. also most of supermarket liver is frozen; if you can get it fresh from a local farm or maybe a nice butcher then eating it raw would be greati already eat muscle meat form Tesco tho.. must be an upgrade suely

just watch some of his videos also theres a long ass compilation of his takes on a lot of foods (11 hours long) that faceiq reacted to, however the best reply i can give you for this is that i remember seeing a clip basically calling supermarket liver shitty and unappealing and that liver from a proper animal is way bettergot the email?
I think I need to buy it from the supermarket first cause my parents are skeptical about eating organs. If I can get their trust then they will let me eat it raw from the butchersi personally wouldnt eat raw liver from a supermarket because of how they treat the cows, the lives they live can result in some of their products being very toxic especially in those like bone marrow. also most of supermarket liver is frozen; if you can get it fresh from a local farm or maybe a nice butcher then eating it raw would be great
it depends what ur going for (mainly just taste) but beef calf and veal liver are usually the better options i havent had pork liver but chicken liver just tastes how a live chicken smells however i dont like the texture of it that muchPork chicken beef etc
I heard pork liver is the best but idkit depends what ur going for (mainly just taste) but beef calf and veal liver are usually the better options i havent had pork liver but chicken liver just tastes how a live chicken smells however i dont like the texture of it that much
explain to them why you want to eat organs then slowly ease them into you eating raw organs by eating raw/more undercooked muscle meat, drinking raw eggs, consuming raw dairy, etcI think I need to buy it from the supermarket first cause my parents are skeptical about eating organs. If I can get their trust then they will let me eat it raw from the butchers
i dont know that much about pork liver and ive personally never had it but if its what you think is best for you based on what youve learned then go for itI heard pork liver is the best but idk
I don’t really care about taste more for benefits
im a retard i didnt look at ur screenshot but i say get the lamb liver but remember what was said by me and others regarding sourcing but in the end its all up to youPork chicken beef etc
Okay makes sesneim a retard i didnt look at ur screenshot but i say get the lamb liver but remember what was said by me and others regarding sourcing but in the end its all up to you
ive seen that before and it isnt optimal because of the freezing imo but it isnt as bad as cooking it. if you cant get yourself to eat the liver because of the taste then id say its the best thing you can do besides getting used to the tasteOkay makes sesne
I also saw, Apparnelty a way to combat the raw taste is to freeze it in little cubes and make pill like cubes that you can swallow without chewing. Is that optimal?
shit deal move to north europeI can get butcher liver for £6 per kg
Good deal?
yea ill try it anyway raw not frozenive seen that before and it isnt optimal because of the freezing imo but it isnt as bad as cooking it. if you cant get yourself to eat the liver because of the taste then id say its the best thing you can do besides getting used to the taste

i live in us so the niggas that produce food dgaf about the quality as long as they make money, unless you also live in us then knowing ur source would be niceive eaten raw supermarket chicken liver, tastes fantastic, atea homegrown raw liver and it tasted the same
i mean all liver tastes like shit cooked, supermarket chicken liver vs homegrown pork liver and idk same taste, the local supermarket i use isnt known for quality, imo its overblowni live in us so the niggas that produce food dgaf about the quality as long as they make money, unless you also live in us then knowing ur source would be nice
from my experience supermarket liver tastes bad compared to that of a healthy animal
Where are you at? I live in England.ive eaten raw supermarket chicken liver, tastes fantastic, atea homegrown raw liver and it tasted the same
Okay. Another question, apparently it’s bad to eat everyday cause of the overload of vitamin Araw > cooked, as someone on carnivore eating a few kg of liver per month, regardless of quality
hypervitaminosis is a myth, its only possible through polar bear organs/sups and like 3kg beef liver daily for months. technically you should think about the copper more, doubt its an issue on carnivore tho as ive hammered almost a kg of chicken hearts + other animal organs for months without issue and actually better performanceOkay.
