Supermarket robbery ends with death of two of three robbers

GEORGETOWN, DEMERARA-MAHAICA, GUYANA – MAY 13, 2025 The three robbers didn’t manage the robbery of a Chinese supermarket on Hadfield Street exactly as they had planned. When they stormed inside, they forced two cashiers to comply. However, there were also other staff from China in the store (some sources state they were the owners), who resisted. One of the robbers was shot inside the store, the second outside. The third robber managed to escape. The two dead were identified as 22-year-old Orwin Garraway and Tyrese Adams.

Don't you get it the robbers were trying to get food they needed to survive they did the best they could do, but I understand the cops action, because if the cops don't listen they will not be able to eat because they will be fired, but then they wil lresort to robbing like these guys to eat.

But the dynamic is interesting when you really think about it, because as i have mentioned the robbers will need to find food to eat and they do ihat via robbing, if the cops fail to do their job they will get fired and they will also need to rob, now if the managers lose their cops due to cops not doing the job the managers will fail to get enough quota to the managers of the police managers, so now the police managers will probably be fired and as a result need to rob to eat food, but then the managers of the police managers have lost lots of their workforce, so now, they are losing lots of money quickly and if there is managers of the managers which is probably the Government the government will fire the managers of the police managers for not keeping the policing insitution in check, so now the managers of the police officers will also need to rob to eat, because they have also lost every source of income, but when that happens, the Government will lose every aspect of their security, and that wll cause instability everywhere, and that will cause dethroning of the government/coup, so then the government officals will nno longer be the government officals and lose their way of gaining money, so they will also need to rob to eat. Crazy cycle.

Both robbers and police may be reacting to survival but we can still hold individuals accountabl People need to take responsibility for their actions, especially when those actions harm others. Those guys knew what they were getting into but I agree
if we stop at punishment and never address the causes poverty and lack of opportunity then the cycle will never end
