I only take glutamine, dumbass, there is scientific evidence of the benefits of supplements. Furthermore, it is not every day that you can achieve 100% of your daily minerals and vitamins, even if you follow a diet.

My fault bhai , tho i couldnt know what Supplements your taking , they all seem legit but my Statement will still stay because im talking about alot of people here on org coping with 10 different supps they bought of amazon because they were the cheapest ones jfl
