can anyone help me with supplements that help with muscle and growth (that are natural). I am 13 and i want to try supplements to help with muscle. im already on 5g creatine daily

If you are 13 just focus on consistency, nutrition and rest.

Eat enough calories and protein to gain muscle, drink 4L water daily and sleep 7-9 hours per night.

Get a good gym routine PPLUL is my fav.

Creatine goated af though so definitely keep taking that.

If your desperate for supplements magnesium's great for recovery I find.

Creatine is good. You’re young so focus on drinking milk and getting your macros in. Besides this I would recommend get plenty of sleep. On a personal note, I recommend getting into a cardio routine. Specifically short sprints to boost test.

Turkesterone bro

food... might sound corny but the biggest difference you see will be from eating well... if you're naturally on the thin side eating a good amount of food along with resistance training will help a lot with building muscle, and cleaning up a shitty diet if overweight obv needs fixing

more than anything just getting in 1g/lb protein split into atleast 3 spaced out meals per day should be the goal

Take:
Vitamin d3 1200 iu daily
Magnesium 200 mg daily
Zinc 12 mg daily
Vitamin k would be nice.
Make sure you get bloodwork. If you have any deficiencies, take more supplements according to your needs.
