Creatine as a supplement will give you improvement in cellular functioning by supplying extra energy to complement your own energy production, and will improve your bodily strength by increasing bone density and muscle energy chargedness, all from protein phosphates which are similar and one step away from ATP (main energy of all cells), allocating more resources for organs and glands (from your own natural production, instead of stealing it to muscles and bones which is why bodybuilders have weak heart and bad brain, mitochondrial energy is stolen), and giving energy to muscles and strenghtening bones so giving energy for physical exertion.
All of this provide anti ageing in general, and minimize ageing from physical stress frrom physical jobs, and possibly improve your heart and brain functioning (which are black holes of ATP / energy), and possibly can improve your brain functioning and glands' based mood and hormones (as reported by users, they get a stimulation similar to coffee), if you eat 20 grams.

Normal dose of 5 grams of creatine is equivalent to eating 1 kilogram of meat.
Dose of 20 grams is equivalent to eating 4 kilograms of meat.

Consume creating powder by adding entirety of daily dose to raw clabbered milk, or raw milk, or a raw fat containing meal, to maximize assimilation of powder, and maximize detox from unassimilateable parts of powder, needed for both utlization of creatine and prevention of harm of it (which is a claim of glueing of intestines into undigestibility and malnourishment after a few decades of use as is observed in bodybuilders, and as if observed in bread eaters (bread is grains (seeds containing anti nutrients and gluten proteins) grinded into powder called flour)).

A study shows that creatine supplementation increases DHT (main male hormone) by 56 percent after 7 days, and 40 percent maintenance guaranteed (if afraid of powder gluing intestine and therefore cycling creatine).

Here is this study.
Three weeks of creatine monohydrate supplementation affects dihydrotestosterone to testosterone ratio in college-aged rugby players.
Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine. 2009. PMID: 19741313 Clinical Trial.
Results: After 7 days of creatine loading, or a further 14 days of creatine maintenance dose, serum T levels did not change. However, levels of DHT increased by 56% after 7 days of creatine loading and remained 40% above baseline after 14 days maintenance (P < 0.001). The ratio of DHT:T also increased by 36% after 7 days creatine supplementation and remained elevated by 22% after the maintenance dose (P < 0.01).
Conclusions: Creatine supplementation may, in part, act through an increased rate of conversion of T to DHT.

An interesting observation from the study, it shows that we do not get worthless and harmful testosterone increase from creatine, but instead DHT increase. This means we do not get hypethrophy of muscles (achieved from testosterone) which steal mitochondrial energy and nutrients from organs, ageing us, and which steal testosterone from our libido and brain to maintain and fuel those muscles (giving your disproportionate look anyway, unless you're 6 feet 3 minimum). Instead, we get DHT, which is main male hormone giving us libido, masculine motivation and ambition, masculine growth of facial bones and manhood and height, and strong detox from toxification of foods (such strong detox that you better quit grains and cure leaky gut, and do regular hygiene (with raw eggs, or shampoo, anything to clear new buildup), because it's gonna destroy your hairline and hair density through strong detox through scalp).

How to cycle creatine, based on this study, to retain majority of effect. Consume creatine for 7 days, 25 grams. Then, hold creatine at a maintenance for 14 days, 5 grams of creatine. Repeat forever.

A good thing about creatine, is that it is cheap, it is abundant in ingredient, and it is natural. It is cheap and abundant in ingredient, compared to other supplements where whole foods will be better (for example when it comes to rare nutrients it would be high DHA fish and organic beef liver). It is natural and not fake, compared to other supplements, some of which are scam like vitamin D3 being irradiated vegetable oil, and some of which are toxic (like fish oil extracted with a toxic chemical solvent).

End thoughts.
It seems like a lovely natural supplement (an important type of amino acid).
We should try it without fear, and observe effects.
We should observe effect on our male hormones through libido, and through wellbeing (including lowering of tiredness, and increase of energy for hypogonadics / low testosterone men and for physical jobbers and exercisers), in short term.
We should observe effect on our facial and hair rejuvenation long term (this effect should show only long term, after 1 month straight of daily high creatine, to be serious about observing such a chronicalness requiring cellular functioning and ATP saving/non-stealing improvement by doing this as an experiment just one time).
Results will speak for themselves.

God bless!

Lol, say goodbye to your hair!
If you do regular hygiene, high DHT's side effect of increased detox through scalp (with toxins destroying hair follicles) will be counteracted enough.

Everyone should take a notice that high DHT men with baldness and beards all have youthmaxxed skin with 0 flaws, absolute baby porcelain skin.
This is another proof of detox, and another value of DHT, you rejuvenate and anti age the most, if your hormones are healthy (instead of suppressed like in a typical person), as long as you do hygiene and avoid toxic diet.

What, where, they often look prematurely aged.

Regular shampoo / egg wash to clear toxified oil dirt buildup on scalp.

I'm talking about some influencers who are bald / balding in their 20ies and 30ies. Their skin is excellent.

Balding is always either high DHT, or low all hormones (hypogonadism) (often caused by pesticided plant based diet, stimulant drugs like coffee and weed), or grain including diet under leaky gut (where undigested food particles get carried by hormones to be detoxxed into joints and scalp, creating gout arthritis and hair loss).

We cannot really classify all balding men under one category before examining their lives. From thinking about big picture, and thinking about what I know, I hypothesize what I hypothesize, because it makes best sense of any alternative.

You must be retarded.

Raw milk contains millions of bacteria, easiest digestible raw fat, and minerals like calcium, all of those are the strongest detoxxers on Earth and assimilators for gut microbiome on Earth.
If you're gonna consume anything toxic or unnatural, like a powder, it better be wrapped around raw kefir ideally.

If Jesus was born today, I'm sure he would take Creatine

'Raw milk's correlation' kills a few dozen people per year in the US. How many drink it, in the US? Millions. You have a bad sense of perspective. Think big, not small.

Raw milk absolutely detoxxes you, all I listed are very specific biological mechanisms which is majority of entirety of options to do for detox, in a human body, there's literally nothing else. It seems you know nothing about detox.

I drank over 220 liters of raw milk. Am I resurrecting god, who died a dozen time already, in your opinion?

Exactly. We get too little creatine from our food. Instead of 0.5 grams per day, instead we can get 25 grams per day.

What is AGA?

DHT would not give you older skin, it would do the opposite. It is a strong antioxidant detox hormone which will keep your blood supply clean, instead of toxified, for longer and better, therefore your facial skin cells will have clean blood supply with no normal toxified blood supply, allowing them to age slower.

More hormones equals good. Less hormones equals old man with associated ageing and feeling like shit.
This is true for skin, anti ageing, and libido.
DHT will give us libido. I will try it and see result for myself.

DHT is good for development but after that point it's just bad...
  1. Shitty skin via upregulation of sebum production
  2. Destruction of collagen and elastin structures
  3. Balding (if you're prone to AGA)
  4. Enlarged prostate (more of an issue once you're old)
  5. Greater chances of prostate cancer
DHT is such a bitch

1. We need some kind of good hygiene to counteract sebum.
What would you recommend for relatively frequent regular usage? Do you use a shampoo or a soap, for face and hair?

2. If we eat raw collagen and raw meat, it could save us from slight destruction of collagen. It might be because of plant based eating interfering as a factor in research on this.

3. Again, frequent hygiene. Balding is based on detox, with physical toxins stuck on scalp, like metals and chemicals physically leeching into hair follicle, and chemically burning it / reacting to it.

4. Do we have 0 issue of enlarged prostate if we consume creatine and not old?

5. Cancer is toxins and a clogged lymphatic system. We can detox cancer with Aajonus' protocol of detox.

I would say DHT has more positive effects than negative effects. It seems worth it, especially for those who have a deficiency in DHT / hormones.

Yeah, good hygiene is useful for that, but why treat the symptom and not the underlying condition? Also, I utilize a natural body wash for my body, and dedicated shampoo and face wash. The shampoo I kinda need, I have seborrheic dermatitis, fuckass fungus in my head (which we all have) makes my immune system react causing inflammation, itching and flaking.

2. If we eat raw collagen and raw meat, it could save us from slight destruction of collagen. It might be because of plant based eating interfering as a factor in research on this.
Yes, collagen can indeed help stop the progression of the destruction of collagen (although not elastin structure), but again, that's treating the symptom, not the cause. Also, let's say IT WAS THE PLANTS, why then do we see in the research that suppressing DHT stops the degradation of these structures? If it was the plants, why then don't we see women eating plant-based or omnivore type diets experiencing the same thing, and it's mostly occurring in men?

3. Again, frequent hygiene. Balding is based on detox, with physical toxins stuck on scalp, like metals and chemicals physically leeching into hair follicle, and chemically burning it / reacting to it.
We also go back to the same topic, if it was "metals and chemicals", then why does using DHT-blockers consistently stop and reverse AGA? Were it not to be caused by DHT and anti-DHT medications shouldn't have an effect, am I wrong?

You give alternative answers to certain issues, but you're ignoring the fact that science and medicine came to those conclusions because we consistently observe that certain solutions work at treating these conditions.

4. Do we have 0 issue of enlarged prostate if we consume creatine and not old?
I'm not suggesting we don't take creatine, love that stuff, what I don't love DHT though. Also, young people can have enlarged prostate, but it's much more common in older populations.

5. Cancer is toxins and a clogged lymphatic system. We can detox cancer with Aajonus' protocol of detox.

I would say DHT has more positive effects than negative effects. It seems worth it, especially for those who have a deficiency in DHT / hormones.
I'm not gonna touch on the cancer thing. In my opinion, DHT has more negatives than benefits, either way, it's not like testosterone cannot do most of the things DHT can anyway, if you have sufficient testosterone, DHT seems pretty worthless given that you're outside puberty

I’m on my loading phase rn for 2 weeeks and already seeing results. Even tho it’s hard to know when you add it mid cycle.

Ok? It’s still disgusting. I take 20G a day (loading phase) so it’s harder for me to consume it all at once. I might start doing 10 g AM and 10 g PM.
Bro, do you consume any other supplements?
My stack of supplements right now is raw chicken skins (for raw collagen), and creatine (25 grams).

No.most Supplements have low bioavailability and they digest like shit.

I promise you scoops of creatine feel more powerful than needles. No water just rawdog it.
Are you for real, that people consume too much water alongside creatine, preventing digestion? Or are you talking bullshit?

Yeah, good hygiene is useful for that, but why treat the symptom and not the underlying condition? Also, I utilize a natural body wash for my body, and dedicated shampoo and face wash. The shampoo I kinda need, I have seborrheic dermatitis, fuckass fungus in my head (which we all have) makes my immune system react causing inflammation, itching and flaking.
Because strong detox is just a natural inevitability when you have healthy (high) hormones.

Maybe you have leaky gut induced dandruff. I experienced this. After completely quitting grains, coffee, which cause leaky gut, and curing leaky gut per Aajonus' remedy of many raw eggs on an empty stomach for a few weeks, I cured my leaky gut by the evidence of 0 dandruff and 0 hair loss in all future days of checking for it by ruffing my head hair on a desk and seeing nothing.

What kind of those washes and shampoos do you use? Are they all natural ingredients? This is what I would pick.
Right now I have a coconut soap, which is coconut acids and baking soda.
Why can't we restore elastin getting damaged from DHT? I think by eating raw meat we get every nutrient, thereby resupplying all types of building blocks.
Treating of symptom is needed instead of the cause, because the cause is toxification from plants and inorganic foods that we ate throughout our whole life and now, so it's pretty inevitable. And because DHT is valued for hormones and energy, and it just happens to activate that detox as a necessary evil.

It could be plants. Women don't experience hair loss like men because their main hormone, estrogen, is similar but also different to DHT, in particular they don't detox through their scalp because they can detox through monthly menstruation which is a super effective detox.

DHT blockers block DHT which activates detox. When detox occurs, metals and chemicals currently being present in blood supply, in intestines from food, and from regular detox (including daily sleep's detox) from fat storage and functional tissues (especially organs to keep them pristine), all need to go somewhere, and they go through lymphatic nodes towards the largest organ of your body for excretion of toxins, skin, creating pus pimples and toxified buildup on scalp with physical metals and chemicals leeching into surrounding biological cells.
I'm not suggesting we don't take creatine, love that stuff, what I don't love DHT though. Also, young people can have enlarged prostate, but it's much more common in older populations.
Please share effects you notice, why you love creatine.
How much do you use? 5 grams should be only minimal DHT increase because it's equivalent to eating an extra 1 kilogram of meat per day.
I'm not gonna touch on the cancer thing. In my opinion, DHT has more negatives than benefits, either way, it's not like testosterone cannot do most of the things DHT can anyway, if you have sufficient testosterone, DHT seems pretty worthless given that you're outside puberty
It seems it's easier to increase DHT, with creatine for example, as opposed to increasing testosterone. How do you increase testosterone without injections?
I know we can increase male hormones by eating raw liver, from experience, and raw oysters.

On 10 grams muscle and an extra kg of bloat I dont need
The pounds of muscle I get from it are just one little benefit. It's everything else that makes creatine so special.
