supplement recommendations

i’m about to order some supplements and i’ll pay a shipping fee of $32.00 so i tought why not order some more things. currently in my cart is:

btw i’m currently on bor (6mg daily), ashwagandha ksm-66 (1200mg daily), super enzymes (capsule daily) and l-carnitine (1000-2000mg daily)
