Supplement recommendations?

I’m looking to put together a supplement stack that helps with both looks (skin, hair) and gym progress.

any suggestions help but it should be stated that I have tried creatine before and saw little to no gains, brining me to the conclusion that I might be a non reactor, I am open to retrying though

multivitamin, magnesium, zinc, d3, k2. Also creatine maybe gives you 1-2lbs of extra muscle over the course of a year.

i mean thats like a basic/essential stack, i personally take like triple the amount of supplements (probably overkill).

the main ones I have is jamieson, weber and now.
they're really all the same tbh, just make sure you're supplementing a bioavailable form.

reminds me of that time i took every supplement under the sun and saw barely any difference, ended up being my diet and training all along tbh.

Yeah, supplements can help you but you still need to train hard and eat well ofc. They aren’t magic
