this is spiruella. contains a lot.
chorella is a bit different in that it has more vitamin d, iron, and calcium.

im 14 so i dont wnana take sarms. ive been lifting for a while now im jsut gonna take hgh. i also hit 270 and i have lumabr lordosis which negativley affect deadlift as it lordosis weakens the lower back by curving the spine. so my dealift if i got it fixed is like 300 maybe, and with belt even more. my bench is 175. i can do 12 perfect pullups in arow and 22 bodyweight dips at 145 lbs
