just trying to max my potential and not be an underdeveloped bitch (and still let my dick work too, no roids). im 5'10 at 15

L-cittruilline, 2000mg before meals

boron, 6mg before dinner

collagen (self explanatory)

zinc, 25mg daily

copper, 2mg daily

d3 and k2, 2000IU and 100mcg daily

magnesium glycinate, 300mcg before bed

myo-inositol, 10g daily


just looking for help and recommendations to improve my overall health and hopefully looks

Collagen supplements wont do much bioavailability is shit. k2 is way too under dosed to actually make a difference. I personally take 10k iu d3 and 45,000mcg of mk4 k2

i'd recommend maybe getting a higher dose of boron (8-10mg), otherwise good stack
