Am test maxxing while going through puberty aswell bro and i bought l arginine, k2, and get calcium through diet (about 1000 mg daily), and if the sun isnt out for my sunning sessions ill just supplement d3. Am heavily considering getting zinc and magnesium aswell

Calcium shouldn't be supplemented, especially when taking vitamin D

Not true, you're thinking of vascular calcification which can happen from taking high doses of vit D without K2

Change the magnesium supp to a zma supplement when you run out and be careful with the ashwagandha

It doesn't matter if you're taking K2. There's no point supplementing calcium. You're just gonna get constipated and may experience muscle cramps during exercise.

bros dosing vitamins you can get from food and living life normally
