my reasoning for these choice is my goal is best sleep and recovery and overall health indicators w sup stack?

its 60 days of zinc and copper 120 days of vitamin c but i could go to 2000mg of vitamin c and make it 60 days but another 60 days of the magnessium glycinate and 120 days of the D3+K2

also do you think taking the zinc + copper and magnessium at night is smart since copper and zinc already compete for absorbtion magnessium also does is this a big differece or no?

take zinc and copper with dinner, and magnesium before bed. practically speaking it is kinda smart however the difference is only like 5-10%

gotchu i thought zinc and copper was supposed so be taken witha light snack or on an empty it it doesnt upset your stomach it absorbs better could i take it in the morning?

yea you can take zinc and copper in the morning on an empty stomach for ehh better absorption, or with a light snack if it upsets your stomach

yeah you right my reply was water so d3+k2 and vitamin c in the morning zinc+copper with dinner and magnessium 30-60 mins before i go to sleep does that sound good?

I take same amount of magnesium glycerinate and vitamin d3 + k2. What are the benefits to adding the Vitamin C and Zinc + Copper?

vitamim c for your collegan production and immune system zinc supports test production and helps with recovery and healing copper is to balance the zinc but also makes new red blood cells and supporrts collegan :p

A reminder this wont help you ascend, also take 30mg of zinc, divide it throughout the day add in some omega 3's; unless you be eating fish every week.

If possible try to divide the vitamin c throughout the day too, as its hardly absorbed, you could add in calcium if you taking these already.
If you eat lots of veggies, which u shouldnt take 30mg of zinc when u don't eat veggies(5 hour apart for best absorption)( 15 mg throughout day)
