I was wondering if this is a good supplement stack? My goal is to get all my essential nutrients and minerals and maximize my bone growth because my growth plates are still open.

Morning Supplements

  • Omega 3 Fish Oil
  • Vitamin D3 + K2
  • Creatine
  • MSM (To keep morning height throughout the day)
Night Supplements

  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • L-Thenine
  • Ashwaganda
  • Protein Powder ( Only if I don’t meet protein goal for the day)


I was wondering if I should add something else to these? I was also thinking about taking CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin before bed. I didn’t add this to the night section because they are obviously less accessible but I could for sure still get my hands on some. But my goal with this stack is obviously to get all my vitamins and minerals, and also bone growth because my growth plates are still open and I’m still growing so I was wondering if these would help me maximize my height and if there is anything else I could add.

There are some nutrients that I also think I could get with my diet off the top of my head I know I could easily get calcium daily because I drink 2-3 of milk per day

I was also wondering about if Zinc would be good to add?
 
add zinc I don’t know what u meant by 2-3 of milk per day, if u meant liters, lower that too, 1 liter is more than enough

I’d suggest dropping the Omega-3 supplements they are highly unstable PUFAs that can go rancid in the body, leading to inflammation and systemic stress. It’s better to get them from whole sources like oysters.
I would swap the fish oil for 325 mg of aspirin daily, taken alongside a megadose of Vitamin K2. It’s safe to take upwards of 50 mg of K2there’s a Japanese study where they used high amounts to treat osteoporosis with zero side effects. You also shouldn't really need D3 if your diet is dialed in.
I’d also ditch Ashwagandha, as it can be terrible for dopamine regulation. If you aren't eating oysters, add taurine to your routine instead, as fish is the only other real option for Omega-3s and supplementation is suboptimal. I can give more specific advice once I see a full day of eating.
