Which ones of these are worth taking?

  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin B7 (Biotin)
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D (from sun and supplements)
  • Vitamin D3 (especially during winter)
  • Vitamin E (500 mg/day)
  • Vitamin K (including K2)

I suggest you taking most of them but some that you sure need is creatine, magnesium, zinc, D3 and K2 potassium and Boron
