Anyone who says "Supplements are a scam" has literally no idea what they are talking, has done 0 research or they are a coping poorcel who cant afford to get high quality supps in their system.
I used to take many supps but would never stick to it regularly and use them properly.
About 1 month ago I was feeling like shit, no energy, horrible mood, low libido etc.
So I started to research alot and combine it with all my previous supp research and build out a giant stack.
And let me tell you.. WOW Ive seen major improvement in terms of energy, libido, mood and digestion in just under 1 month. This is WITHOUT changing my diet. (I eat out 5-6/week due to certain circumstances)
Heres what I believe has had the most effect, and are the most crucial SO FAR.
Magnesium + Zinc: LOL, just fucking LOL if you are not taking these two. Its literally CRITICAL for proper T function and macro-nutrient absorption. YOU NEED a high quality brand and bioavailable strains of both Zn and Mg. (research)
Vitamin D: Absoltely essential. unless you live in Equador and spend 3 hours a day playing football in the scorching heat from the sun, you need to mega dose. (especially for basement-dwelling incels)
Probiotics: This is an absolute must especially if you eat like shit, eat out everyday or are on antibiotics. I cant even begin to describe how important Probiotics alone is. Also I believe "Green Superfood Powder" is also extremely effective and doubles the benefits of probiotics however i have not taken it long enough to be sure.
NOTE: There are ALOT more supplements that I am taking that could factor into my health-maxxing. However, these supps take could longer than 2 months to fully settle into the body and start having benefits. I have only listed what I believe has had the most effect in just under 1 month BUT my benefits could be a combination of the many other supps that im taking.
I might post an updated full list in a few months that is more definitive.
