Supplements are cope? If not - what are the best?

I have heard a lot from biohackers and primal/natural side people about supplements such as d3 , magnesium, zinc, etc.

Ones say that it will magically cure everything, others say that all of them are trash.

Im neutral and skeptic about this , but i think that really many supplements aren't inbioavailable forms and ain't doing shit . for example almost all omega3 sups are oxidised / highly sensitive for oxidation. i used many sups in the past and it made litarally zero differences:soy:

BUT I believe there is a chance that some supplemets have a real impact and positive effect that u can feel and actually see an increase in analises. do u know any?:feelshah:
 
creatine, d3+k2 if u live in the a place where there is a lack of sunlight. The rest of the supplements are pure cope or won't give the desired effect for the money.

I mean supplements are cool to have all nutrients but not as good as getting them from real food.

I would say supplements are certainly better if you want to take really high doses, unachievable with your original diet
