Not that I know of.
Maybe taking high doses of l-tyrosine (scientifically fact check that) or anything that helps with melanin synthesis/melanogenesis

Beta carotene gave me a tanned look and i’ve heard lycopene can improve it my adding a reddish colour. Astaxanthin can apparently help a lot but idk what colouring it actually adds

And ig avoiding antioxidants would improve colouring too (as they just make you whiter) but idk if it’s possible to get the benefits of them without losing colouring

yeah, idk if it would help u very much. always worth trying tho if u want it’s pretty damn cheap. i got like 3 months worth on puritans pride for like 18 bucks

I am white and I was pale. 50 mg lycopene/day in the last 5 month, plus 100 000 NE beta carotene for 1 months then 25 000 NE b c since then as an upkeep gave me nice coloring, on which I got positive comments from people. I want to try astaxanthin as well, 12 mg/day.

24mg Astaxanthin + 50mg Lycopene

He meets his additional need for beta carotene with his diet, i.e. carrots or sweet potatoes. If you can't manage that, you can also supplement with beta-carotene, but only in low doses
