right now im taking vitamin d and vitamin c a lot

any supplements like amino acids that help with concentration? stuff i can get of amazon or smth no drugs

Supplements won’t give u noticeable effects on concentration, maybe just placebo effect.

U would need adhd meds if u really want something for better concentration.
