Wouldn't say waste of money, if you're taking any of these, you should be taking L-Arginine, L-lysine, Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc anyways as they support bone growth. during puberty, if he's struggling to get any of the above naturally—excluding L-Arginine, L-lysine— he should absolutely be supplementing or fixing his diet, especially at his crucial age for development.

I'd say if he's already eating correctly, more of the supplement is not going to do anything for him at all in terms of "extra" height growth due to the genetic cap set without the use of exogenous compounds.

All of the side effects of HGH are almost completely trivial at lower doses, unless you're pinning like 10+ IUS daily it really should not be a problem. If you do proper research on all of the possible side effects and how to negate or reduce their prominence I seriously think you will only see positives while on HGH.

also take 10,000 iu of vitamin d and 100mcg of vitamin k2, high dose of d3 was working great for me in terms of height growth before i even hopped on hgh

just take care of your insulin resistance and there's no other side effect on hgh, metaformin and berbrine will do the work
