dont waste money on supplements. either save for gear or accept what you have

Only way to know if it's worth it is to try it. Some people respond amazingly too it, some don't. Simple as that.

HGH, test.

If you do it right, you will have no side effects.

1. Zinc picolinate/biglycinate
2,. Magnesium glycinate
3. Calcium (From egg shells)
4. Boron ( For free testosterone)
5. Ashwagandha ksm 66 ( for lower cortisol = more stable testosterone)
6. Vitamin d3+k2 MK7 (10 000iu) +, you have k2 so the calcium will go to your bones instead of arteries
7. Collagen type 1 and 3 (For joins, bones etc.)
8. Copper 1mg (for zinc to copper ratio)

Diet should be 80 percent meat with only a selected amount of vegetables and seasonal fruits

Wow thank you

And by taking it right you mean taking them days on days off and using them in low dosage?
Yes… and no. You can take them in high dosages and still take them supposedly “right”. It’s just the matter of what ancillaries you use and your frequency.

Quick question. Are you sure certain stuff like the ashwaganda, boron and the vitamin d3 k2 mk-7 (10000 iu)is SAFE (for my age)? . I was going to just cut out the ashwaganda and boron and get a lower dosage for the vitamin d3 k2 mk-7 and get everything else. I was also going to get a 15 mg zinc instead of like a 50 mg

as long as you have k2, the d3 will be safe as it will guide your calcium to your bones but i am not a medical professional, this is just advice i suggest you do your own research if you are unsure
