Yo man it's been a while since your post , what supplements are you taking rn ? I'm 16 just like you and i supplement vit d3 2100 IU, K2 ( MK-7 60ųg) , calcium and magnesium. I'm also thinking of starting to take boron 3mg but idk what to do tbh , some people said i should cycle it so the estrogen doesn't affect growth plates or other aspects.
