no supps will make u grow unless ur heavily deficient, proven to be stunted cause of nutriton, and have a good family height history. just check what your diet is lacking but dont expect to grow over a inch

Vitamin d3 10k iu zinc and magnesium are the only things that will help confirmed. Rest I’d just lifestyle
