I'm going to buy 2kg and try 20g/day for 3 months. This is the last chance I'm giving creatine.

Never said it wasnt. I only said im gonna buy it in hopes that it wasnt
I tried 10g of it for sleep several times and didn't feel much if anything at all. I will try upping up to 20g then lay it off if there are no results.

Legit or not.

On a side note I'm trying 50k IU D3 + 50 mg K2 per day dose and I think it's working.
Dont spam supplements thinking itll turn you in to god

Just take a normal fucking dose if you struggle to get it through your diet nigga

I tried 10g of it for sleep several times and didn't feel much if anything at all. I will try upping up to 20g then lay it off if there are no results.
Yea. Im using it for my sleepstack where the only thing that seems to be having any effect at all is a prescription medication

Megadose is law. Even if it does not do anything the thought of megadosing makes me feel better.

It makes you feel like less of a coper ik. But really i view supplements simply as health improvers more than anything.

Diet and sleep are the most important. But I want to try if dosing certain stuff not possible to get in much quantities could do something great.

I have no problem getting anything in decent quantities except magnesium, potassium. And boron due to soil depletion and less rich in these water.

But magnesium and potassium stress me out. I don't know how to get enough of them.

Tomato paste for potassium and supplement for magnesium tbh

honorable mention best supplement on earth:
Exogenous testosterone (NOT COPE)
 
Out of all supplements I've taken I've only noticed benefits from Magnesium, Zinc, and Multivitamin. Currently just taking Multi like every other day. L-Theanine worked for 1 day and good magnesium is louis vuitton level expensive loool
