There is info that sun isnt really healthy for your skin, and i dont think i need safe time on it to prevent any skin problems and still get vit. D + in my area its not always sunny.Food sources are cheaper than the supplement industry. Probably contain like 300 percent more too.
You can get most vit d from mammal fat or sunlight.
