What supplements do i take? I’ve bought d3 k2 calcium. Also what skincare should i do for dry skin with acne?

A skincare for dry skin just look products meant for dry skin and then use a retinoid like tret/taz at night+sunscreen during the day! Ideally u would want to use accutane, more like a low dose long term to not dry ur skin very much
