Supplements stack for height (16)

Trying to get a few more inches before plates close, can’t use mk or peptides so sticking with over the counter stuff till 18. I only take stuff that’ll help growth.

Morning:
Multi (mainly for zinc)
Calcium
K2

For sleep:
Ashwaganda
Melatonin
Magnesium

The sleep ones are for hgh production during rem ofc. Prob gonna add tri-amino acid as it’s proven to boost hgh at night. Anything else over the counter I could add?

Its crucial the magnesium is glycinate.

You won’t grow a single atom doing this.

How do you know if theyre open?
X-ray or check ur blood for igf-1. If you don’t wanna go to doc to check dark knuckle hair or thick facial hair prob a good indicator they’re closed or about to. My dad has full beard and I only grow facial hair on chin and mustache so I’m pretty sure I’m good.
 
So rlly just hgh and Mk at 18 if they’re open?
Only HGH (don’t expect to grow from it aswell, but it’s significantly better than Mk).
