how can i get more horny? if i dont think about hot girls or watch porn im not horny. T levels are average at 600ng/dl and im on nofap also. I get morning boners tho.. weird af

Tren is good at first but eventually dick stops working.

2) How long have you been on noporn/no fap?

3) Do you get sun? How's your diet?

4) Do you eat well? do you absorb your food well?

5) Do u get sex or only get pleasure from your right hand? supps won't do much and they don't last long, you need to change your lifestyle

Take Maca with Ashwaganda for an even stronger effect. Takes about a week to build up in the system. I recommend cycling them on 1 or 2 months, and off 1 or two months because your body might get used to them.

It increases prolactin levels, never understood how it can make people hornier while at the same time raising this hormone levels, which is meant to suppress sexual desire.

I don’t understand either. For men it’s suppose to make their T levels higher and make them want to fuck too.

Eating enough zinc will increase your libido, it contributes to healthy T levels and inhibits prolactine.
You can take zinc supplements hours before having sex to reduce you refractory period.
Also getting enough sunlight is very beneficial for libido and overall health, try to expose as much skin as you can, being naked is the best scenario.
