I'm trying to make a list of supplements that are beneficial for daily intake.
Please feel free to suggest supplements to add to the stack.
My current list is:
Overall performance, sleep quality, other health benefits such as ensuring that your body is able to produce and store enough testosterone .
I've looked at a lot of supplements but none of them seem to be as crucial as the ones that I have listed, but I may have overlooked some so feel free to let me know of any others. Some of the supplements such as Vitamin D3, K2, and C can be found in bundled capsules so I would suggest going for these instead of buying them individually. However, you have to make sure that the dosage is efficacious.
For creatine and collagen, just buy the cheapest shit that you can find as these ingredients are cheap and almost never underdosed, and buying them from lifestyle/fitness brands just adds a premium cost that you do not need to pay.
