But I am sure there are better ways to lower cortisol which render Ashwagandha obsolete, I've never cared to look into any of it.
OP, you aren't going to notice significant change from supplements. A lot are hardly bioavailable and others underdosed.
I would take MSM and then depending on what you want out of supplementation, i.e., lower cortisol, better sleep, etc, the relevant supplements for those things.
