What supplements are worth looking into? I’m thinking about ashwaganda. And no i’m not expecting any significant change💔💔.
 
No dont Take IT, ur body will adjust to IT n make ur test lower. Also, i used IT for some time, zéro changes.

OP can cycle it to prevent cortisol levels returning to baseline even on Ashwagandha.
But I am sure there are better ways to lower cortisol which render Ashwagandha obsolete, I've never cared to look into any of it.

OP, you aren't going to notice significant change from supplements. A lot are hardly bioavailable and others underdosed.
I would take MSM and then depending on what you want out of supplementation, i.e., lower cortisol, better sleep, etc, the relevant supplements for those things.

Vitamin D is great to supplement if you don't get enough from the sun

also look into magnesium glycinate it helped me alot

take vitamin d3 and k2,zinc magnesium glycinate, calcium, l-arginine, ashwaganda, collagen and vitamin c and a multivitamin that has copper and boron if you need the mg ask me

GHk-cu. Ashwagandha makes you emotionless, pretty cool if you ask me, at least that is my experience
