I’m in need of some basic supplements, what are some great ones to help with skin health and coloring? I don’t have a budget so give me a decent list.
 
D3 + K2
zinc (picolinate for best absorbtion)
magnesium bysciglinate - take it before sleep
vitamin C for collagen production
omega 3 - many benefits for the brain and skin
beta carotene - taking it for like 1-2 weeks gives you a glow like look if u wanna tan but I reccomend this for the winter when theres no sun

quick tip when searching for supplements avoid oxide forms beacuse they have the worst absorption and basically do nothing lol
