Supplements

“assuming I’m not consuming any” as in I don’t get any from the meals I eat. If I don’t have enough of these in my body my hormones are gonna be messed up, so how much daily do I need.
 
How much zinc, magnesium, k2 and d3 should I take daily? Assuming I am not consuming any
just drink lots and lots of milk, it has pretty much everything you desire, it is better than those supplements which are expensive and futile

natural milk is extremely beneficial trust me i definitely ascended just from drinking it alone, even pasteurised is fine but raw contains more nutrients, magenisium, zinc, potassium, calcium its all there in cow cum

the more the better but do not just chug three cartons all at once drink maybe a few large classes throughout the day for absorption
but do not expect supplements milk or anything to make you ascend if the genetics are not there

Yeah I’m not that stupid🙏 i think it would be impossible to be attractive without these neutrients tho, considering your bonemass and test would be in the gutter

i used to cope with supplements as well i didnt see much of a difference except perhaps when i took vitamin c + zinc but maybe it was just the water that hydrated me instead of skin benefits or fixing iron deficiency
milk has amino acids that boost hormones and likely test production by extension so yeah, it is completely necessary also for bone growth in youth

Yeah I’m 15 and mid puberty, so i really don’t want deficiency. Did you drink it raw or pasteurised
 
up to 50 mg zinc is okay but not optimal stick 10-30 mg, and prolly like 600-1g mag depends on how much physical acts u do, vitamin d u really cant overdose it that bady just take like 5k at least and u should add boron if u r already taking these minerals, born like around 10 to 15
