I don't see a point in the asprin tbh, too much cox inhibition will inhibit growth, not the best idea during puberty in my opinion

Possibly if youre running 5 grams, but I eat healthy and am physically active. A low dose of 100mg won't affect my growth

asprin is a non steroidal anti inflammatory, the drug was promoted and researched because it inhibits inflammation via cox inhibition. Taking NSAIDs chronically (even low dose) don't provide benefit. This includes asprin. Unless you are also roiding, I don't see a benefit in using it chronically.

I cycle it 5 days on 2 days off, and there's loads of benefits that it provides that you most likely don't know about

enlighten me with the recycled ray peat knowledge. Most of the benefits you get can be replaced with other better drugs. for an OTC drug it is pretty versatile, but aside from its mind antioxidant effect it isn't that great. Also again COX inhibition is the nuance that makes asprin overall not that great.

Tell me about the better drugs then. And what makes COX inhibition bad?
