What supplements or vitamins should I be takeing that I’m not already? I am takeing creatine, protein powder and preworkout. My diet is fairly good I eat a lot of wheats and meat and the daily school lunch slop, I don’t eat a lot of fruits or vegetables but I have a decent amount. I don’t know what vitamins I should be takeing thought or what I would be deficient in. I also heard that you should take certain vietamins at certain times of the day so lmk what else I should do.

Supplements I’m to broke for peptides right now
im a grey and someone should correct me but, vitamin c, calcium,, zinc, magnesium glycinate, stuff like that. or just take a multi vitamin

Heres a list of everything i currently take: Creatine, Fish oil, Vitamin D3, Turkesterone, HMB, Berberine, MK677, Zinc, Magnesium

Dont take your vitamins all at one time, Space them out

but me myself i have the lineup of: creatine, protein powder, omega 3s, vitamin d3+k2, magnesium glycinate, a multivitamin, mk677 (im off cycle rn), skin clarity supplement, and i think thats it.

Depends obviously, but you can’t go wrong with some of these:

Magnesium Glycinate
Vitamine D3, K2
Zinc

Coencym Q10 (don’t overdose)
OPC
Alpha-Lipoid-Acid
Curcumim
Saffron
Chrom

Omega-3 (be careful here with supplier)

if from a bad source yes. A lot of companies put snake oil and shit in their turkesterone apparently :lul: but personally i have seen a significant change in my testosterone from taking it, a lot more than i thought i would
crazy natty+ supplement IMO
