What supplements or vitamins should I be takeing that I’m not already? I am takeing creatine, protein powder and preworkout. My diet is fairly good I eat a lot of wheats and meat and the daily school lunch slop, I don’t eat a lot of fruits or vegetables but I have a decent amount. I don’t know what vitamins I should be takeing thought or what I would be deficient in. I also heard that you should take certain vietamins at certain times of the day so lmk what else I should do.
