Supposed Ramieri Botch

Supposedly Ramieri didn't do a segmental lefort, only a bsso. He moved his lower jaw back and did an unwanted chin reduction. Also speaks of having no tongue room and developing an open bite.




This is the first ever Ramieri case gone wrong I've heard.

No idea but OP apparently had body dismorphia and was a bit too critical.

I had so many hopes for Ramieri, I didn't think he would end up in such a situation. Wish I could've seen this guy's before and after, so I could confirm that it's a botch. It's tough to judge like this. Who do you even go to for bimax now? Ramieri used to be the safest option.

This wasnt remotely a botch, he had been uploading and deleting this post like 3 times. Its not about ramieri botching. He did a set 1,5 mm setback and the guy apparently got sleeping issues from it. Very unlikely. But he ascended aesthetically, but overall it was just a slight lower jaw surgery, not a bimax. And the guy talks about palate become narrower when ramieri did a lower jaw surgery, thats why ramieri got mad at him also. This guy was a fool, ramieri probably have some real botches out there but this wasnt it.

I mean to be fair he didnt change much, ut he looked better. It was only lower jaw surgery setback which ofc doesnt have much potential. But its 1/3 the price and that is probably why ramieri recommended it. And the stupid idiot in this post wanted ramieri to do a bimax revision on him for free when he only did a ljs haha, complete moron
