Im a gymcell first and foremost, but i also wanna improve how i look. Are these cope for the reason im taking them for?

Zinc Picolinate: 50mg daily, test and skin (got max 3 pipmples at a time but acne marks fuck up my skin so bad i cant wait for them to go away) im also on adapalene
Magnesium glycinate: 300mg before sleep, im 17 with open plates so im sleepmaxxing, 8hrs+ ed even tho i wake up before 7am ed
Omega 3s: 1.1g epa/dha, skin mostly but sure the brain stuff nobody cares about those anyways
D3K2: 5k IU 125mcg, not now cuz its summer soon so UV high asf

drop zinc to about 25-15, too much can deplete copper. Drop d3 to 2000/3000. Get tret prescribed from a doctor, works faster and better than adapelene at healing scars and rebuilding collagen.

in my country adapalene is prescription only, so i got it. going to my derm in like a month acne hasnt gotten much better in a month and a half so hopefully i get tret

lmao yeah the supplement game is basically just throwing money at the void at this point. d3 is probably the only one that does anything remotely useful. good luck with the tret tho, hope it doesn't just make ur face peel off.
