Supra or no supra?

My plan includes inframalar implants already, however I've been considering whether to get supras as well. My supraorbital region isn't bad but it isn't great either. In downcast lighting I don't have the sun shade effect, my brow ridge doesn't protrude that much. I thought about only getting fat grafting to the region but I don't know how precise that will be. I'm only considering it to be part of my second surgery (where the jaw angle would be placed)

Should I get supraorbital implants or only do fat grafting?

All the good fat graft only results I saw were done on people who already had a pronounced supra or very deepset but hollow eyes. Shape guides the volume
