Suprazygomatic temporal lateral protuberance is the bad kind of “high cheekbones.” The cheekbones aren’t actually high-set, but it forms the illusion that one’s cheekbones are situated higher than their eyes’ level, which doesn’t look good.

NOTE: “suprazygomatic temporal lateral protuberance” is a made-up PSL term and not a medical term.

Suprazygomatic temporal lateral protuberance is a craniofacial subhumanity.

The woman’s suprazygomatic temporal lateral protuberance is really pronounced, and she conceals it with hair on the Italian side.

I have this feauture too despite being a male. I never knew how to call this feauture tbh. My mother is a bit asian looking, I must inherited this feauture from her. I never thought this feauture was bad, it adds additional bonemass and makes your cheekbones look more "bony".
Any other opinions?

It’s bad because it looks bad. Maybe it looks good to you; people’s tastes differ. Though I think most people find that feature unattractive.

@thecel does it means more lateral protrusion of lateral orbitals or more lateral protrusion of temples?

Will it require bone shaving or botox of temple msucles to fix?
