Surefire way to know if blading?

I feel like the hair near my hairline & near the front of my head is thinning
just washed my head and I was surprised how much I could see my scalp

took some pics, and compared them to pics I took couple of months ago - and it did indeed look like my hair was thinner

but it could be picture difference, haircut, etc...

How could I find out what's happening?

that's why I'm so keen on catching it as early as possible

I was naturally NW 1.5 until 28yo when my hairline started receding even more. At first i coped with "its just mature hairline, no need to worry" but as it kept progressing more and more my coping was becoming increasingly stronger and i was saying "nobody in my family is bald, most men are NW 2 at most" or "if i was norwooding it would have started much earlier since most of my ex classmates went bald before 26". Along with receding, in the following year my temples started thinning and i saw a lot of miniaturized hairs falling in the sink. I realized coping has gone far too long and i am indeed balding.

Look at your pillow every morning to check how much hair falls after a night of sleeping. If there are more than 20 strands of hair you could be balding...
