Surgeon Appointment Tomorrow

For context I was recommended the surgeon by my dentist as per request as I have an overbite and a slight cant to my jaw which you obv can fix with other means.
I'm shooting for double jaw as it is quite achievable given the circumstances but lmk if I should push for more such a trimax (double jaw + genio) or anything else and how I could do so.

When alls said and done hopefully ill be able to reach htn and so on someday as I have an LTN base where as most people who do this are sub-3 and below.

trimax is a custom surgery you wouldnt get that recommended lmao

@Lauren de Graaf @idont obv i wont go directly from one to the other but what i'm saying is that it makes it so It's actually possible to get there at all where as otherwise it wouldn't be.
